At present we are developing over 12.5 million sq. ft. of land area across prime locations of Mumbai Metropolitan Region and Navi Mumbai like Kharghar, Upper Kharghar, Panvel, Kalyan NX, Dombivli and Lonavala providing highly innovative, state-of-the-art construction for the classes as well as the masses.
With an extremely progressive attitude, today we are forging ahead towards a bright future with a massive land bank of another 12.5 million sq. ft. of land area through which we are committed to bring in a big change in present housing concepts. It's been a long yet fruitful journey for Paradise Group. We began more than three decades ago with a clear aim of providing a lavish and appealing space for all to dwell. The lienage
It’s been more than two decades for Paradise Group with the prodigious visionary Shri Madhu B. Bathija at the helm. His vision to create a heavenly world of peace, prosperity and happiness continues to be deep-rooted in each and every member of the Group.
Following their father’s footsteps, Shri Manish M. Bathija and Shri Amit M. Bathija are the next-generation builders of the Paradise family. Pursuing the same vision and passion of their father with the added knowledge of new-age technology and latest trends in designing concepts, they have taken the group to a whole new level. Indeed, they are an ideal example of a perfect blend of knowledge and virtue. The Paradise Group family is a harmonious construction of inherent values and modern dynamism. In the year 1985, the visionary Mr. Madhu Bathija entered into the real estate industry in which he always had a keen interest. IIn 1990, he established the Paradise Group. His vision to build homes as symbols of happiness for its customers has translated into projects that have become landmarks in Navi Mumbai. Being a true leader, he has rooted the growth of Paradise Group on firm grounds, which today is bearing the fruits of success in the form of projects that are each remarkable in their identity.
Managing Director
Young and an impassioned entrepreneur, Mr. Manish Bathija joined Paradise Group at the age of 16. His remarkable endeavors and hard-core dedication towards the growth of the company made the Paradise Group witness innumerable success over the years. Apart from being one of the esteemed mainstays of Paradise Group, he has previously held the prestigious position of the Vice President of Builders Association of Navi Mumbai (BANM) too. Being a strong believer of social welfare and growth, he is enthusiastically involved in various social activities too. Spearheading the group with his strong leadership, he aims to create several Theme based townships in and around Navi Mumbai & MMR in the near future.

A go-getter and with a never say no attitude, Mr. Amit Bathija is the spirit behind the group's success. He has an eye for details over the financial matters of the group. His astuteness in financial management of the group's resources has only further strengthened the group. With a strong belief in the 'customer first' attitude, he believes that total transparency in dealing with the customers is the only road to success. His vision & contribution in achieving the phenomenal success towards the set goals of the group is truly remarkable and inspiring.
Our journey so far in constructing a world of happiness has been excellent. We have proved our mettle with projects that exemplify perfection in the past. We are creating architectural marvels that exceed expectations at present. And we are set to redefine skylines of prime locations like Kharghar and Panvel in the future.
